– How can the solution be adapted to each city’s unique needs?

– How can we make sure it goes beyond a pilot and achieves long-term sustainability?

Beyond these questions, he also emphasizes the importance of collaboration, knowledge transfer, and capacity building, ensuring that cities not only adopt EcoZani, but als grow with it.
